power steering question

I have a Ford 3000 C 1 tractor that has power steering. When I fill the power steering pump up, when I turn the power steering it pushes the power steering fluid ou the air intake on the steering gear box. What can I do to stop this or does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks for any information that anyone could give me. Thanks David Shults
