Hi Allan, Was quite sad to read your post that the 1020 was so far away, and that you have decided that haulage back home will "kill the job". Life is too short - you cant earn much money from investing it, get your wife her toy and have some fun with it. Photo of my 36HP 920 which I have only owned for a couple of months and since we moved to Wales 5 weeks ago is in storage 150 miles away where we used to live - I really miss this little tractor. You talk about the high cost of shipping, I bought a JD BR from Canada last December & shipped it home - cost more to ship than I dare tell my wife . But it was the tractor I wanted and I couldnt get a tidy one in England. Couldnt get my outlay back, but I have a tractor that I wanted for years. Im 56 years old, had a stroke 2 years ago, and alopecea last year - Im okay right now, but am enjoying my tractors and my hobby. Cant take the cash with you to the Pearly Gates. I was told a while ago its better to have done something & regretted doing it, rather than sitting years later wishing you had done it. Hope you dont mind me "advising" you on what to do with your life. Best regards David

The answer to our needs materialized in the form of a '44 Farmall A, complete with cultivators, discs, single plow, a 5ft.Woods belly mower and one, mounted spare 9.00x24 rear wheel.
