Sorry about your problems but warranty work (free transportation or mechanic coming to site) should have been worked out at the beginning before the purchase. Some dealers may offer that option and if they do, get it in writing (for future purchases). I would call around and and hire someone to do the hauling (make sure that person has all the insurances etc.) Mahalo,
