No, it just moves more oil. All the bigger pump does is insure capacity as far as flow is concerned so if ya need to run hydraulic motors and such, you still have oil enough to cover all the �normal� bases as well.

The latching, pressures and all the other system idiosyncrasies remain the same as they always have been. When its not on demand, that extra oil just flows on thru the relief to the sump.

Saw a tractor one time in at the red shop that had 7 axillaries. Don�t know what the heck that guy was all about. :>)
