Yeah,Old, that is the way it is. Use to be that when you shook hands on a deal, it was closed. Now, if you don't get some money down and a signed page of the guy wanting the said object, you probably won't make the sale. I have had some people to pay down on an object and never come back to close the deal, even w/me calling and sending letters thru the mail system. Its as if they have fallen off the edge of the earth. Now the question is, do I hold the object for the guy, or do I just go ahead and sell the object to the guy who comes along??? Life is full of questions.... Good Luck.......
