Hi John, No, that wouldn't work; just too darned much competition from the regrowth. This ground will lay and be fallowed for over a year to clean it up before it's ever planted. What I'm planting to wheat this fall is what I tore up back in March and have been working down all summer long. Got 'er as clean as a new baby's bottom out there and just waitin' fer the seed. :>) Allan
