Don"t know about the 275 but the 245 has a rubber return line to the tank that has a plastic "tee". Either one can rot out. Notice any leaks anywhere? Also may want to check the tank cap for leaks/cracks. Otherwise, I would look for leaks/cracks in the supply lines to the injector pump. How"s the lift pump look? Wet? may be leaking into the crankcase. Post on MF board also.
