Just curious Allan --- if you're gonna plant wheat, will it be hard red ?? Here in Ontario, with hard red it is difficult to come up with the proper protein the millers need. By far the majority grown here is soft red and we're just swamped with product (great yield)but very poor prices. The straw is actually more valuable than the grain this year.
