Its not the IH CPS, its the 466 CPS.It does not advance the timing, it retards it.The 444 cps advacnes the 466, so theres no way the 466 would advance the 444 timing.(Stock) My problems were that the retarded timing confused the computer enough to shut down. I had put maybe 30 miles on it and she died.I replaced the blue cps with the one I took out and nothing. Sine I dont live too awful far from a certain semifamous chip burner, I took my computer to him and he checked it and said it was bad.He fixed it just enough to be able to pull codes and several showed up all dirctly linked to the cps. I know have one of his computers and his chip in my truck, along with a IH cps for a 444.
