We hauled a Case 2390 about 120 miles two years ago behind a 3/4 ton Chevy with no problems BUT it was a much heavier trailer. Tandem with duals. It had so much stopping power with the controller only halfway turned up it would stop just a good as if you didn't have a trailer at all. When we first loaded and headed out I had it almost all the way up and that trailer locked up all the tires! I would look for another means of getting it home personally and I get somewhat crazy at times!
