You could put another axle on the back of the two axle with brakes. But you should use a 1 ton with duals. I use to haul up to 18,000 on a goose neck with triples but have had blow outs on the rear of my 78 chev 3/4 ton. This makes a very dangerous situation in trying to get off the highway.
