PHOTO - another blue tractor

This is 1965 Ford Super Dexta 3000. 45HP 3 cyl diesel square engine. 4F & 1R with hi & low BUT these early models had 7 speed gear box ! 4th low & 1st hi were the same speeds!!! Selectospeed was an optional gearbox.
The 3000 had to compete in this power bracket with MF135, David Brown 880 & IH 434 tractors, the 135 won hands down as a Ford Man I have to admit that the 135 was a far superior tractor.
But if I had to choose (having driven an IH434 in 1966/7) the 434 would be my personal choice.
