hi just copied your list of 6 v gen probs-- I have a ferg 20 that doesn't chg- I worked on these years ago but lost my books and my mind is getting a little foggy-- do you have any info on these 6 v's the gen has two con. field and arm but the reg has four screws on the bottom and one on the top--w/ two coil & points inside-- any tips on this couldn't get it to motor-- but the other day when fooling with it it started charging and was wavering then it stopped again--how critical is the point setting (gap) on the set that opens when the tractor is stopped--> thanks for any info [email protected]
