I've run into a few people asking the same question. I collect walk-behinds, but have not personally seen a Milbradt. I've heard about transmissions and small tractors with the Mibradt Manufacturing, St. Louis, MO tag on them. I've also seen ads from the 1920s and 30s for Milbradt Manuf. lawnmowers - also in St.Louis. There is also a Milbradt Lawn Equipment Co. in St. Louis and I have no idea if the two are the same or affiliated in some way.
