If you don't care about controlling the trees, don't. ====================== Auto dealership in town, as long as I can remember (I'm 36). Few years back, a new gas station went in next door. Apparantley when the company that owns the gas station did the survey, they discovered a "problem" and couldn't come to a resolution with the dealership -- Dealership's lot went straight back from the road... Today there's a fence that starts at the corner by the road...and ends up a good 100' closer to the dealership by the back of the lot. Gas station doesn't use that area at all. Reduced the dealer's lot size by about a 1/5th though.
