Like others said, more fuel than the air to burn it.
When I was reading about Roosa Master injection pumps---When engine slows down there is more time for the port openings to be open and the pump delivers more fuel per injection than when at higher speed. Some roosa master pumps have a rorque control adjustment on the side to adjust this. Thats the little screw on the side.
