I guess some people just have to have every new gadget that comes out. It's a tractor,for God's sake, not a race car! I have a '66 GTO that turns the 1/4 in 12.98 at 105 mph,has 10.75-1 comp. and "old" single point dist. Won't go any faster or start any better with electronic ign! Your tractor surely doesn't need it , put it back to original and your worries are over.
