I've got over 20 Planet Junior two-wheel tractors - all powered by Briggs & Stratton engines. The company (S.L.Allen & Co.) that made the Planet Junior tractors also made the Flexible Flier sleds - which I used quite a bit 50 something years ago. In the early 20s, they made a four-wheel tractor with a four-cylinder water-cooled engine, but only a few were made and I don't know what type of engine it was.
In the 60s-70s, I worked for a farm-equipment dealer in an onion farming area of lower New York State - all Polish farmers. All the seed-bed work was done with Planet Juinior two-wheel culitvators - it was a very popular brand. All the field plowing was done with wide-track John Deere crawlers.
