Unknown Tractor

I found a 3 wheel tractor in the back yard of a farm house on the Chesapeake Bay. It says Minneapolis Harvester on the cast iron tool box on the back. The front grill says Bantam or Barton, can't decide which. The engine is a Briggs and Stratton 1/2 horse power which I researched to be from 1923. It starts on first pull. This tractor was probably for home use. Anyone know any info on this thing?
