General rule of solid metal is lenght x width x thickness x .2836. Take these measurments in inches. This will get you real close. But take it right down to the 1/32 if your scale will read that good. Other wise 1/16 on a tape measure will work also. As was already stated take into account for the stand also. Formula for angle iron is a little more to it so if you e-mail me I can give you rough numbers for that also.
