Antique Tractor Pull - anybody got a sled

Finally, almost, got the local fair board to approved antique pull for the fair this yr. Anticipating a greeen light in 2 wks. If approved I must work to get a sled soon. Did not build one earlier due to decision by committee delays. Anyone got plans or pic of a reasonable sled or one of the ones where crowd steps onto it? Cautiously Optimistic :) Back to crusin' the net for ideas!
