Pennsylvania repealed the helmet law a few years back. I'm not real sure of their logic. But then very little logic comes out of Harrisburg anyway.
But for the most part I guess they think a helmet means the difference between a closed casket and an open casket funeral anyways.
Doesn't a week go by that I don't see a write up in the paper about somebody being maimed or killed on a 4 wheeler, but still you see them running all over with no helmets or even safety glasses. Common sense? Is that an elective course in school?
