Today I am making microwave apple sauce it's fast and you cann't burn burn food in the mic.6 cups of apples--1/2 cup apple juice --1/3 cup of sugar or to your taste , microwave on high 15-18 min. after 8 min stop and stir , and mash. Put all your apples in a glass dish with a glass lid to start. !!! RED NECK secret to taste real good cut apple juice in half and add Irish Wiskey!!!! Try and have fun!!
