Oilite is generally used for bearing material for a shaft that turns and if it gets warm from lack of lubricant...the oil in the oilite kinda seeps out and does the job. I don"t think your kingpins are gonna turn that fast but I see no reason why it wouldn"t work. It is a bit crumbly when it gets thin walled so be careful there. Used as a pilot bearing where you can"t get grease or oil to it is the main use for it. Fred OH
