For many ther were warnings for a lot of cars that said DO NOT USE ALCOHOL FUELS OR FUEL WITH ALCOHOL.Ethanol is very corrosive and will destroy some types of rubber completely. Engines made to run on ethanol are made differently and with differnt compounds. Try lead substitue but I am not sure that would help with corrosion . It will help with the running factor. I use it in my 51 Farmall M and have seen a real improvement.
