Your ford 2000 will have plenty of psi to run the hoe. It just won't have the volume. Most any pto pump that puts out 12 gpm or more will do. Most Long back hoe usually have a frame reservoir for your hyd oil. I have seen some older units that did not however. It will be important to install a pick up screen and a filter when connecting a pump to the unit. You may want to consider mounting the hoe on a sub frame rather than on the 3 point. They can be a bit much for a Ford 2000.
