Why is lubicity and issue? It sounds like a search for a problem and a solution.
Clean Fuel and no water = No problems.
Dumping a can of "wonder glop" in the fuel tank or oil system is like taking food supliments/vitamins and expecting to turn into Mr Universe while watching TV.
