Id report him to ebay,they have a new policy about overcharging for shipping,it's not allowed. I just got an email from ebay last week that said all sellers are supposed to charge only the actual shipping charge.I've seen $10 items with a $25 shipping fee.Dishonest sellers like ebay,they don't have to look you in the eye or talk to you.
