Pay the man. Nest time read all the fine print. All ways look for the shipping charge. It is a common thing on E-bay to sell items for like 99 cents and then charge 20 dollars or even 30 dollars to ship. I know, pees me off too, but that is the way some do. Would you feel better is he charged you 1.20 shipping and 8 dollars "handling"?
