Regrettably some of the answers lay in your own statement. Currently no land is worth 10,000 an acre to farm. You simply can't farm that much out of it. Believe it or not there are lots of people that kind of money is only chump change. As sad as it is that is the way of things today. Most farmers don't want to end up poor just for the sake of being a farmer. God help us!!!!!!!
