O/T Toothpick Dispenser

Hey folks,saw this neat little penguin toothpick dispenser in the eating place yesterday,push his head down and a toothpick comes out and he catches it with his snout. Make a good x-mas gift(sorry I had to bring that up this early). I know I can buy them off the internet,but are they available in the local stores?
