Vertical spindle mills or tube mills?
Tube mills, open or closed circuit, can use balls from 150mm or more down to 15mm or less.
They can be used for comminuting all sorts of mineral or man-made slags, clinkers etc.
Vertical spindle mills are the more modern option for less abrasive feedstocks and are more efficient.
