I am referring to FWA. Hydraulic. I've had several hours on Ford TW-25, and TW-35 (both with FWA) and really do notice the slippage with the FWA off. I could really tell a huge advantage when crop farming, but was curious about smaller tractors (70-100hp) with FWA. Seems like the FWA really "bogs" these down on hills. I'm really looking for something in the 130hp range and trying to figure if I want FWA OR MFWD. The tractor will be used both in haying AND tillage. Looking for a good older tractor not a new one.
