I buried a 9"? IH disc once while preparing to set tobacco in a historicaly "wet" spot. Raised it up, took it loose, hit the diff. lock on ole Massey and she tore out like a scalded-a$$ ape. Came up behind it, chained it up and drug it out backwards. Needless to say we waited a day or so before we finished planting. Then, in the fall we had a load of cut tobacco that took -three- tractors to get out. First time I ever cut tobacco wearing rubber boots!
