Talk to the county Fair Board (administration) and tell them what you shared with us. They need to get a different midway provider.
Our West Ottertail County Fair at least had a decent midway; workers were mostly Hispanic with limited English, but they were polite when I had the grandkids there. Don"t know about late in the evening.
At $3 for a glass of lemonade & $5 for fried cheese curds, I went to the 4-H lunch stand and got a decent meal for 1/2 the price.
