You've hit on one of my pet peeves- last second sniping. Why not make it a real auction? Item ends at 4:24.34 on Friday, or 10 minutes after last bid, whichever is later. That way seller gets the maximum price, eBay get the maximum commission, and I don't have to play games with some yahoo who has nothing better to do. If I were trying to make a living at selling on eBay, I would be lobbying them to change the rules so its a legitimate means of commerce, not a computer game.
