Well I can't speak for Allan, but the first picture he posted of the large building is actually the Chadron State Campus. I guess the fire burned right to the edge of town and they got it stopped there. My sister lives in Chadron, and they were evacutated but allowed back into their homes today. Allan lives out of town, so I've got no idea on his situation.
