The lizards aren't destructive and eat bugs, which is why the D-Con probably won't work for you. The best way to solve the problem would be to seal the building, which may not be easy to do with a freestanding shop and most barns. Our cat catches them (sometimes - they're pretty quick little buggers). We've had lizards living in a rock wall outside our house for years and have never had a problem with them getting into the house or garage. You might try several of the glue traps for mice placed near locations the lizards frequent. For the larger lounge lizards, that would be outside of bars and nightclubs. While your at it, see if you can off that annoying insurance gecko on TV.
