The family of a local boy who was KIA in Iraq last October, recently dedicated a fine memorial to those who gave all here in Pennsylvania. It is on the grounds of a large local cemetary in town. It is close enough to the main street that it should be difficult to vandalize without being caught. And the entire loss so emotional for so many that I wouldn't want to be the one foolish enough to try. This has several bronze plaques as to those who served and one in perticular to the young man (19 years old) who was killed along with 2 other soldiers when their tank hit a mine in the road while they were doing escort duty. When I get a chance I'll try to get some pictures of the monument to post. It is quite striking.
