I don't think he is whining because he is frustrated by the rain. Flooding ruins things as much as a drought can drive a person crazy. We have some land like Paul on the above posts described. Some low land and even with tile is frustrating if it gets too wet. We have had over 11 inches of rain in mid michigan in less than two weeks. Some areas have not. Some have had even more. My neighbors about ten miles away have had 13 plus inches. People can tell us to move to a different area and if you don't like the rain don't live in a swamp like michigan, but it goes both ways. If you don't like the drought don't live in the dessert. Also I would have to say more important events have been cancelled because of rain ruining it than too many sunny dry days. So I guess we can all complain equally because I also hate droughts but I don't like being flooded either. I guess we will probably die from west nile virus and you guys will die of thirst.
