My dad has a Western 21000 tractor, Rockwell crab axles, allison auto, it is approximately 400 hp. He also had a 11000 that looked just like it. I am in Kansas and he said it was a prototype made in Kansas City. It had like earthmover tires on it. I can be reached at 316-518-9235.
