The other posts make good points. The stainless bolts you find normally are not that stong. They are ok for sheet metal etc. Galling is a problem if you thread stainless into stainless. You have to use antiseize compound. using standard nuts on stainless bolts helps. I have seen stainless nuts spun on by hand that seized when remmoving.
