Humidity here is 54 percent, dew point 56 with temp of 70 degrees. Supposed to be cooler today--only 94. With all that humidity for some reason, it just can't rain. My rain for the year has been one tenth, one half, and one tenth. We are kind of used to it, but Wisconsin? that must be hard to take. Just heard they are dieing in Calif from heat.
