Have a 86 chev, 3/4, 4 by 4, 350, 4 speed, 4.10 rear 10 miles to the gal. bought a 93 S10 5 speed, 2.8 V6 21 MPG and better have a good start if you pull out in front of anyone, bought a 94 S10 4.3 auto 19 MPG, now have 02 S10 4.3 auto 19 MPG. I can get out of anyones way if I really get on it, and at 64 and 7 months I still have a little teenager in me.
