1959 Case 511-B Ser 6126069 Value Question

Found an old lady that is willing to part with her late husbands Case 511. The tractor is LP, seems to be a factory job, did Case make this model in LP? It has brand new rubber all around, been sitting for approximately 2 years. I can probably pick it up for about $300.00. The engine is siezed up (muffler fell off). What"s this tractor worth if I get it running?
