Look at the hellroaring automatic isolator. It connects the tow vehicle to the camper battery only when the tow vehicle is charging with almost no voltage drop. At least it looks good on their web page and is simpler to hook up than a diode isolator or an ignition powered relay. Be sure to make the charging wire significant size if you want to charge rapidly and to put a fuse at both ends of the charge wire so protect the rig from shorts in the wire with power available at both ends (the batteries).
