Are they mechanical brakes? Have you recently adjusted them.. perhaps they are grabbing.. or if just installed.. perhaps springs ot right.. or the may need a chamfered leading edge.. especially for self energizing brakes..etc. Do the pedal/linkage/shafts seem to move freely..or is there binding.. If binding.. perhaps return springs can't overcome it.. or springs are broke..etc.. just guesses as I'm not familiar with your model tractor. Soundguy
