somehow a human being put that box together and somehow a human being can fix it if its cast, there had to be some sort of seam for the Russians to get the guts in there, pressure washer might show where that seam is on Fiat 850 they the welded diffential housings together after assembly, I have seen good mechanics open them up, fix them and seal them back up nice as can be
