Dennis, when you have the tractor down to replace the bent pushrod be certain to check the other pushrods to verify they are not slightly bent. Just roll the pushrod on a flat surface and see that they turn true. You probably know this but as a reminder set the valve clearance in the firing order sequence using two feeler gauges. Example...If the clearance is spec'd at .020, use a .019 as a go gauge and a .020 as a no go gauge. This technique will give you a much more accurate setting and it will spread the load over the cam more uniformly. Good luck
