Earl, I can't help you much but... Two years ago my stepdad was going to sell just about that same tractor - later model C with a Woods belly mower. Good tires, good runner, decent paint. I called the auctioneer a few days before the sale and put in a $1500 bid on it. I didn't want it really, just didn't want to see someone walk away with it. It sold for $1550. HTH Jerry
